- A contractor for the repair of a polyclinic in Kuban was fined 2.3 million rubles.

In the Krasnodar Territory, the company Yug-Stroy LLC and its CEO were fined for disrupting the repair of a polyclinic. The fine amounted to more than 2.3 million rubles, according to the regional prosecutor's office.
We are talking about the polyclinic building of the Pavlovsk Central District Hospital, which is being renovated under the national Healthcare project. During an on-site inspection, the prosecutor's office revealed low work rates, violations of the technology and schedule of the overhaul, as well as the lack of claim work on the part of the hospital.
"Failure to complete the work on time led to the disruption of the transfer of the polyclinic building to the customer, to the impossibility of exercising the rights of citizens to receive high-quality medical care in favorable conditions and to ensure increased comfort and accessibility of medical treatment," the prosecutor's office said.
The delay also led to the fact that for a long time doctors were forced to provide assistance to the population in cramped conditions, while spending more effort and time, writes IA KrasnodarMedia.
The contractor and the head physician of the hospital have submitted submissions on the elimination of violations. Two cases were also initiated under Part 7 of Article 7.32 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. According to the results of their consideration by the justice of the peace, the contractor company and its CEO were brought to administrative responsibility and fined in excess of 2.3 million rubles.
