Dozens of people were injured in two explosions at a meeting of the leaders of the M23 group (the March 23 Movement) with residents of the city of Bukavu in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). This was reported on February 27 by the agency Associated Press.

The causes of the incident are not specified.
