Prices for Lada Vesta in Belarus reduced to 1.2 million rubles


The sale of Lada Vesta family cars has begun in Belarus, prices for new cars have dropped significantly and have become hundreds of thousands of rubles lower than in Russia. This was reported on February 27 by Quto.ru .
So, now the Lada Vesta sedan costs 43.9 thousand Belarusian rubles (1.22 million Russian rubles). The Vesta SW was estimated at 45 thousand rubles (1.25 million Russian rubles), and the Vesta SW Cross station wagon was estimated at 50.9 thousand rubles (1.41 million rubles). At the same time, in Russia, these models respectively cost from 1.53 million, 1.66 million and 1.88 million rubles.
Additionally, buyers are offered to use an installment plan, a preferential loan or a leasing program. According to an employee of one of the Belarusian car dealerships, it is most profitable to buy a station wagon, since until recently the model cost 200 thousand more expensive (in Russian rubles), and now the price has dropped to the level of a sedan.
It is noted that AvtoVAZ and the local brand Belgee are engaged in a price and credit struggle in the Belarusian market: Lada and Belgee car dealerships are ready to attract customers with low prices, as well as profitable financial instruments.
Earlier in the day, it was reported that the new AvtoVAZ model Lada Iskra will be offered in three versions. The start of sales is scheduled for May 2025, the expected price is from 1.2 million to 1.6 million rubles.
On February 11, it became known that the assembly of the Chinese Geely Preface sedan has been set up in Belarus, the first 165 copies have already been assembled at the Belji plant using the large-scale method. And the price of the Geely Preface in Belarus turned out to be lower than in Russia, where Chinese-built sedans are supplied.
