The highest-paid job this winter turned out to be an auto electrician. This is stated in the results of a study of the Avito Work platform, which was reviewed by Izvestia on February 28.

Employers are willing to pay such employees an average of 177,027 rubles per month with a fixed schedule. Compared to the same period last year, the salary level in this profession increased by 74%.

Auto electricians specialize in the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of electronic vehicle systems. Their responsibilities include working with on-board computers, ignition systems, lighting, air conditioning and other electronic components of vehicles. According to experts, the demand for these specialists is due to the growing technological complexity of modern cars and the shortage of qualified personnel on the market.

Plasterboard workers took the second place in the list with a 51% increase in salary offers over the year — their average salary was 148,486 rubles per month. These specialists are engaged in the installation of drywall structures: they erect partitions, create multi-level ceilings, decorative niches and other interior elements.

On the third line are category C drivers with salary offers of 137,024 rubles per month. The average amount of income that their employers indicated in their ads showed an increase of 66% over the year. Drivers of this category operate cargo vehicles weighing from 3.5 to 7.5 tons, carry out intercity and intercity transportation, and are responsible for the technical condition and safety of the transport entrusted to them.

"Employers are ready to offer high salaries to specialists with technical skills, especially in areas where qualification requirements are increasing. This trend can be traced by the example of the profession of an auto electrician," said Andrey Kucherenkov, Director of the category "Working and Linear Professions" at Avito Jobs.

Earlier, on January 15, it was reported that one in three Russians surveyed (28%) planned to change his place of work in 2025. This was mentioned in the results of the study of the Russian School of Management. Among the most common reasons for such a decision are low wages (47% of respondents answered this way), lack of opportunities for professional growth (45%), and lack of career prospects (39%).
