A man threw an explosive device on the porch of the government building of the Samara region, as a result of the incident, no one was injured. This was announced on February 27 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Fedorishchev.

"On February 27, at 5:30 a.m., a man threw an unidentified explosive device (presumably a RGD grenade) onto the porch of the government building of the Samara region, as a result of which the paving slabs were damaged," he wrote on the Telegram channel.
