Sberbank talked about the digital transformation of almost 900 companies last year

Almost 900 companies of medium, large and large businesses began to undergo digital transformation with Sberbank last year, the bank's press service said.

They noted that in total about 3 thousand companies are implementing joint projects with Sberbank on technological development. Among the participants of the digital transformation are 260 key holdings of the country and about 1.8 thousand enterprises of medium and large businesses. The bank's and its partners' digital products are being actively implemented by trade, telecom, transport, and real estate companies.

In particular, companies are being helped with the introduction of AI into their business processes - about a quarter of digital transformation projects account for the development and implementation of AI products. Based on the GigaChat neural network model for business, many pilots were launched in 2024, mainly in industry and the financial sector, the bank said. Most often, these are smart assistants for employees who provide answers to relevant questions, guided by the knowledge base and information available to the company.

One of the companies with which Sber began to cooperate in the framework of digital transformation in 2024 was FGC Group of Companies. "We expect that the solutions and services of the Sber Group companies will help us identify and eliminate business bottlenecks faster, such as project delays, inefficient resource management and customer service. Ultimately, digital transformation will help accelerate the commissioning of facilities and reduce costs, which is especially important in the current market situation," said Marina Buzdalina, Director of Digital Transformation at FGC Group.
