American actor Gene Hackman died at the age of 95 along with his wife.


Along with the actor, his wife, Betsy Arakawa, and their dog were also found dead at his home in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Upon discovering the bodies on Wednesday, February 26, the police said that the death of the couple was not violent.
"A couple who have been married since 1991 were found next to their dog in the morning. Local media reported that there were no suspicions of a crime," the article says.
Santa Fe County Sheriff Adam Mendoza, answering questions from reporters, did not name the cause of death. Most recently, on January 30, Hackman celebrated his last anniversary.
