An abandoned naval school was again put up for auction in Murmansk.

The area of the facility is almost 25.5 thousand square meters. m. It was planned to house a marine technical school for 1,200 places.

The building is being sold for the fourth time. The first time the lot took part in the auction in 2023, its price was 584.397 million rubles. Then it was reduced to 496.734 million, after that — to 344.774 million rubles. The current price is 293.058 million rubles, and the deposit amount is 43.958 million rubles.

The school belongs to the company "International Business Center "Murman", which is a debtor. The organization was founded in 2011 by the Norwegian company Murman As. The property is being sold in accordance with the resolution of the bailiff of the OSP of the Oktyabrsky district.
