Prices for the Oting Palasso pickup truck in Russia have been announced


The framed Oting Palasso is a version of the Nissan Navara adapted for the Russian market. The dimensions of the car are 5277 mm in length, 1864 mm in width and 1989 mm in height. A Mitsubishi 4K31 2.0 Japanese gasoline turbo engine (218 hp; 360 Nm) is installed under the hood.
The car has a Part-Time all-wheel drive and a chassis with rear suspension on springs. Independent spring suspension on double wishbones at the front. The ground clearance is 21.5 cm. Fuel consumption is stated at 8.7 liters per 100 km on the WLTC cycle.
The company said that the Oting Palasso has a record-breaking trunk size in its class, with a volume of 2,150 liters, and it can be accessed from the cabin, which traditional pickups cannot offer, and the compartment itself can be heated.
The first model of the Oting brand, the Paladin frame SUV— was released to the Russian market at the end of February. The Paladin is manufactured at the Zhengzhou Nissan plant (a joint venture between Japanese Nissan and Chinese Dongfeng), and a distribution agreement has been signed with it for five years. The Paladin car was given a Russian-language name in honor of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Russian Federation and China.
On February 18, Sinomach Auto announced the Russian launch of sales of premium Rox 01 SUVs, the car is presented in two trim levels, the price starts from 9.17 million rubles. The Italian studio Pininfarina was responsible for the design of the model. The SUV has a 1.5 petrol engine that is not connected to the wheels and acts as a generator.
