Multi-storey parking will appear in Mytishchi

A multi-storey parking lot will be built for car owners of the Yaroslavsky residential quarter in Mytishchi. The facility is currently 12% ready, the press service of the Central Building Supervision Department of the Moscow Region reported on Thursday, February 27.

The progress of the parking construction was checked by the inspectors of the department. The builders have already started monolithic work. The construction of the facility is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.

The garage area will be almost 13.5 thousand square meters. m. Parking is designed for 500 cars, there will also be a passenger elevator and a tire repair shop.

As the online publication notes "Moscow Region today", four apartment buildings and a kindergarten for 300 places will also appear on the territory of the residential complex.

Earlier in February, it was reported that in the current 2025 in Mytishchi the first stage of improvement of the Pirogovsky forest park will be carried out. In total, it is planned to open about 30 hectares of territory.
