Chairman of the Supreme Court USA John Roberts suspended a federal judge's order binding the presidential administration Under President Donald Trump, foreign aid funds should be paid to contractors and grant recipients. This was reported on February 27 in Reuters.

Roberts gave the court additional time to study the Trump administration's petition and then make a final decision.
