The Ministry of Defense showed footage of the destruction of AFU equipment by drones in the Kursk border region

The operators of the FPV drones of the Rubicon Advanced Unmanned Technology Testing Center defeated military equipment and militants of the Armed Forces Ukraine (APU) in the border area of the Kursk region. Footage of the strikes was published by the Russian Defense Ministry on February 27.

Rubicon drones struck, in particular, an M113 armored personnel carrier and American-made HMMWV vehicles, a KamAZ truck, an infantry fighting vehicle, a tank and other types of equipment.

For the first time since the Great Patriotic War, the unit was named after the places of its battles.

Earlier in the day, the Ministry of Defense announced href="https://iz.ru/1845819/2025-02-27/podrazdelenie-bpla-vdv-unictozilo-boevuu-tehniku-vsu-v-hersonskoi-oblasti " target="_blank">the destruction of the Ukrainian Armed Forces artillery on the right bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region by forces of the Airborne unmanned aviation unit. The paratroopers from the Dnepr group recorded a towed howitzer, two self-propelled artillery installations and a tank.
