The Russian Armed Forces destroyed an Armed Forces drone launch site in Sumy region with an Iskander.

The Russian Armed Forces have destroyed a camouflaged launch site for long-range kamikaze drones of the Ukrainian army in the Sumy region with an Iskander missile system. Footage of combat work was published on February 27 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

It is specified that the strike was carried out north of the settlement of Shostka. As a result, the Russian army eliminated several units of enemy vehicles with equipment, about 14 units of long-range kamikaze drones of the "Cobra" aircraft type. More than 20 specialists from the drone crews were also killed.

On the same day, the head of the press center of the Zapad group of forces, Ivan Bigmaboytsy, reported that the soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces href="https://iz.ru/1845829/2025-02-27/boitcy-vs-rf-unichtozhili-chetyre-stantcii-starlink-i-18-punktov-upravleniia-bpla-vsu " target="_blank">destroyed four Starlink stations and 18 drone control points of the Armed Forces Of Ukraine. In addition, air defense crews shot down a guided Hammer aerial bomb and 11 enemy aircraft-type drones.
