From March 1, 2025, the Government of the Russian Federation will have the opportunity to establish criteria for the reliability of heat supply to consumers, as well as assess the readiness of organizations to provide heat supply services. This was announced on February 27 by Sergey Kolunov, deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services.

Kolunov noted that the Government of the Russian Federation will have the right to change the procedure for assessing readiness for the heating season.
