Director Kusturica talked about his new film starring Yura Borisov.


According to the director, according to the plot of the film, the young director wants to make his own film based on the novel by the Russian writer Fyodor Dostoevsky "Crime and Punishment". At one point, a friend of the director introduces him to a rich man who offers the main character to kill his wife for $5 million to make a film.
"It will be such a modern tragicomedy," Kusturica said.
The film director also talked about why he chose Yuri Borissov for the main role. He noted that a Russian actor can play absolutely any role and attributed it to the actors, "what were the best actors in the world."
