Georgescu confirmed his intention to continue the struggle for the presidency of Romania

"I will definitely run for the presidential election. We, the people, are a force, we are Romania. We will not kneel in any form," the agency quoted Georgescu as saying.

"This position has shown that the system is working as long as it can. But it's in the final stages.
