The head of the district, Maxim Garanzha, held a meeting with the townspeople and discussed the changes in connection with the introduction of the tax.

In 2024, landscaping was carried out at the expense of the resort fee. Benches and lighting were installed on Bibik and Kislovodsk streets.

Starting from April 1, 2025, the tourist tax will become effective in Stavropol.
