Vulin called Dodik's sentence a threat to the Serbs and an attempt to destroy BiH

The verdict of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo to the President of Republika Srpska (RS, Entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH) Milorad Dodik is a threat to the Serbs and peace in the country, an attempt to destroy the BiH based on the Dayton Peace Agreement. This was stated on February 26 by Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Vulin, quoted by the Serbian channel RTRS.
"Bosnia and Herzegovina has never been closer to its goal. This is not a verdict for Dodik, this is revenge for Milorad Dodik and a threat to every Serb and the republic," Vulin said.
According to him, the West also wants to overthrow Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, "even though it swears that this is not the case." Vulin also stressed that Dodik's sentence is a blow to the world and the West's decision to cancel the Dayton Agreement.
The Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia said that the authorities of BiH should take responsibility for the future of the country, recalling that foreign forces are leaving, but local peoples remain close to each other.
Earlier in the day, it was reported that the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina sentenced Dodik to a year in prison in absentia in the case of non-compliance with the decisions of the UN High Representative in BiH, Christian Schmidt. He has also been banned from engaging in political activities for six years.
It is noted that we are talking about a decision of the court of first instance, which can be appealed.
