Zelensky declared unwillingness to return even "10 cents of debt" to the United States

The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky does not intend to repay debts to USA as part of a cooperation agreement. He stated this on February 26, commenting on the agreement on natural resources.

"I won't even go for 10 cents if they are listed as a debt," Zelensky is quoted as saying in the Telegram channel of the Ukrainian publication Public.

According to the Ukrainian leader, the agreement completely removed the clauses on the return of aid provided to Kiev. As Zelensky noted, it is important for him that Ukraine is not a debtor.
