In the town of Pionersky, Kaliningrad region, two people were injured as a result of a crane falling at a construction site. This was reported on February 26 in the Telegram channel of the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region.

"According to preliminary information, a crane fell at a construction site on Rabochaya Street in Pionerskoye, injuring a 32-year-old slinger and a 35-year-old crane operator. The workers were hospitalized with various injuries," the report says.

Now the investigators are examining the scene, all the circumstances of the incident are being established.

Earlier, on February 9, in Kamchatka five construction workers were poisoned by chemical vapors during the flame retardant treatment of metal structures. The prosecutor's office of the Karaginsky district organized an inspection.
