The United States refrained from co-authoring the anti-Russian resolution at the World Trade Organization (WTO). This was announced on February 26 by Russia's permanent representative to the WTO Nikolai Platonov.

According to the publication, the statement was approved by more than 40 WTO members, including the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom, as well as Canada and Australia. At the same time, for the first time since the beginning of the special military operation, the United States did not support this initiative.
