The Russian Armed Forces eliminated up to 25 Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters near Sumy with an Iskander strike.

Russian fighters used the Iskander operational and tactical complex (OTRK) on the position of the Ukrainian S-300PS anti-aircraft missile system and eliminated up to 25 military forces Ukraine (Ukrainian Armed Forces) near the city of Sumy. This was announced on February 26 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

It is specified that the position of the enemy equipment was camouflaged in the forest area south of Sumy.

"As a result of the strike, the S-300PS air defense missile launcher, a multi—channel missile guidance station, several pieces of automotive equipment and up to 25 militants were destroyed," the ministry said in a statement.
