The Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation will provide Putin with the results of the audit of national projects for six years

The Accounting Chamber of Russia intends to submit a report to the President of the Russian Federation To Vladimir Putin about the results of the audit of national projects over the past six years. As Galina Izotova, Deputy chairman of the department, reported on February 26, the report will be provided approximately in April-May of this year.

"The Accounting Chamber's plan for 2025 includes more than 100 events that are defined as tasks by the president and parliament. We are doing an audit of national projects, we will report to the president literally in April-May of this year, an audit of national projects over the past six years," Izotova said at a press conference in TASS.

The head of the financial control authority added that the report will also include suggestions on how to improve the management of new national and federal projects.

At the end of December last year, Putin instructed the Accounts Chamber to analyze the results of the implementation of national projects in 2019-2024 and send recommendations to the Cabinet. The deadline for the execution of the order was set until June 1, 2025.

Also on December 31, 2024, the Russian leader, following a meeting of the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects instructed that national projects become a priority when forming the budget of the Russian Federation until 2030. Putin recommended that the Popular Front regularly monitor how national projects are being implemented and use feedback from people on these issues.
