Lyudmila Tarkhova, the daughter of former Samara mayor Viktor Tarkhov, intends to fight with her grandson's father for the right to raise a boy. Mikhail Levit, the lawyer of the family of the former mayor, told Izvestia about this on February 26.

Tarkhov's granddaughter Ekaterina was arrested on February 5 on charges of double murder (paragraph "a" of part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code), we are talking about the former mayor of Samara and his wife Natalia. Ekaterina's six-year-old son, according to the latest information, is in an orphanage. Vlad Pasek, the ex-husband of the arrested woman, told Izvestia in early February that he wanted to take the child to Israel and was already completing the necessary documents.

Lyudmila, Ekaterina's mother, was sentenced to seven years in 2022 for extorting 200 million rubles from Alexander Mileev, a deputy of the Samara Duma. Now, according to Levit, the woman cannot apply for parole, as the period for applying for forgiveness has not yet arrived. However, the convicted person has the right to work in the colony, which may affect the court's decision to leave the child with her.

"The fact that Lyudmila will fight for her grandson is unequivocal. It turns out that there is no evidence that he (Apiary. — Ed.) father. He's not listed as a father. And to prove that he is the father, there must be a DNA analysis of the child who is in the Russian Federation. This is not such an easy situation," the lawyer said.

Levit claims that the Apiary has not communicated with the child for many years, so "the guardianship authorities and social structures should check how far it is possible for the Apiary to suddenly show up and take the child."

"There is no such situation that she (Lyudmila Tarkhova. — Ed.) will give him the child without a legal war. "... If someone thinks that the biological father of a child, after he proves that he is the father, will take the child's hand and leave, then he is deeply mistaken," Levit concluded.

Ekaterina Tarkhova was arrested until April 2. According to the Izvestia source, the girl, in a conversation with her grandfather's acquaintances, said that he had left the country with his wife, allegedly because of persecution by unknown persons.

According to one version, the granddaughter dismembered the Tarkhovs and gradually took the body fragments out of the house, taking them away by taxi. The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported that the woman had purchased items to conceal the murder, among them chemical canisters and plastic containers.
