According to the parliamentarian, we can talk about peacekeepers from countries that are neutral and have expressed a neutral position during the three years of the conflict.
"These peacekeepers, obviously, should be from a peacekeeping country, and not from the country that gave rise to this conflict, supported it and actually participates in it, so this is also a matter of discussion," concluded Chepa.
