In In Moscow, a 20-year-old young man punched a passenger who forbade him to get on the subway without a ticket. This was announced on February 26 by the press service of the Main Directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the capital.

It is specified that the incident occurred in the lobby of the Khoroshevskaya station on the Bolshaya Koltsevaya Line (BCL). The young man, not wanting to pay the fare, slipped through the turnstile, following another passenger. When the man noticed this and made a remark, the attacker punched him twice in the face. The victim sought medical help.

A criminal case has been opened on this fact under Article 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Beatings"). The suspect was given a preventive measure in the form of a written undertaking not to leave.

In October last year, a 37-year-old woman was detained in Moscow who beat up a man in a subway car. A verbal altercation arose between the people, as a result of which the attacker struck the interlocutor at least three blows to the face, using an insignificant reason for the conflict. HER identity has been established and a criminal case has been opened. The woman was given a preventive measure in the form of a subscription not to leave and inappropriate behavior.
