The court has kept businessman Anokhin in jail in a bribery case


The Moscow City Court has recognized the lawful arrest of businessman Sergei Anokhin, accused in the case of bribery, a correspondent of Izvestia reported on February 26.
In January, the court arrested Anokhin until March 29. At the meeting, he admitted his guilt and gave detailed testimony against other defendants in the case, who also confessed to what they had done. In the case, Sergei, deputy head of the Department of Internal Affairs for the VAO of the capital, was arrested before March 29 Bivol, lawyer Stepan Gritskov and lawyer Valery Yurkina.
Anokhin was detained on January 29 while trying to transfer a bribe. The investigation believes that Anokhin tried to hide information about embezzlement at his previous place of work for 60 million rubles. However, one of the intermediaries and the operative who was supposed to receive the money participated in the operational experiment.
At the trial, the businessman said that he was the CEO of the Fonbet company. At the same time, the bookmaker himself stated that Anokhin left the post in January to focus on developing his own business projects. Fonbet later announced its intention to file a lawsuit against Anokhin to "protect the honor, dignity and reputation of the company in business circles."
