Apple has promised to fix the error recognizing the word "racist" as "Trump."

"We are aware of a problem in the speech recognition function that is used for dictation, and we will release a fix today," the magazine quoted an Apple representative as saying.

iPhone owners noticed that when pronouncing the word "racist", the text dictation function in the phone recognizes it as "Trump" for a short period of time, after which it shows the correct version.

According to the company's representatives, the speech recognition function may display phonetically similar words incorrectly for a while before the system switches to the desired word. They added that the glitch was caused by a "phonetic coincidence" of the words.
