Sollers has started selling commercial vehicles of the Sollers TR family in Russia, the manufacturer's press service reported. The first Sollers TR80 with a gross weight of 8 tons with an insulated body and a refrigerator has already been handed over to the buyer in Novosibirsk.

Serial production of medium-tonnage cargo Sollers TR started at the new Sollers Comtrans facility at the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant in November last year. The basic equipment of the car includes a driver's seat with electric heating and air suspension, steering wheel adjustment in two directions, air conditioning, heated side mirrors, pre-heater, cruise control and a multimedia system with a color touch screen, steering wheel control and image output from the rear-view camera.

Various bodies are offered for Sollers TR (on-board with and without awning, industrial, insulated with the possibility of installing refrigeration equipment), and special add-ons (crane manipulator, hydraulic lift, tow truck) are also possible.

Sollers TR trucks have added to the Sollers range of commercial vehicles, which includes low-tonnage Sollers Argo trucks, medium-tonnage Sollers Atlant and Sollers ST6 pickups, as well as tourist and intercity buses (SA9 and SA6).

Sales began in Russia on February 24 Sollers ST8 four-wheel drive pickups, which are manufactured in Ulyanovsk. The cost of a standard car with a gasoline engine is 2.82 million rubles, a more equipped version costs 100 thousand rubles more.
