An earthquake of magnitude 6.1 occurred off the coast of Indonesia. This was reported on February 25 on on the website of the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC).

The seismic event was recorded at a depth of 10 km, 121 km south of the city of Manado, the capital of North Sulawesi province, with a population of 451 thousand people.
