Scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand predicted the March frosts in Moscow.

"Therefore, double-digit frosts in March, -10...-12 degrees, this is a typical phenomenon, no need to be surprised.", — he explained.

Vilfand added that the air temperature in early March will rise compared to that recorded in the region at the beginning of the week.
