The case was initiated after the overturning of a minibus in the Krasnodar Territory

A criminal case was opened against the driver of a minibus that overturned in the Ust-Labinsk district of the Krasnodar Territory, as a result of which six people were injured. This was reported on February 25 in the press service of the SU TFR in the region.

"The Ust-Labinsk interdistrict investigative Department of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Krasnodar Territory has opened a criminal case against a 64-year-old car driver under Part 1 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of traffic rules that negligently caused serious harm to health")," the press service said in a Telegram channel message.

It is clarified that at the moment, investigators have begun conducting the necessary checks, which are aimed at establishing additional circumstances of the incident.
