A criminal case was opened into the beating of a teenager at a shopping mall in Novaya Moscow. This was reported on February 25 in the press service of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the capital.
They noted that a group of young people attacked a minor, "wanting to set themselves against others, as well as demonstrate a disdainful attitude towards them."
"A criminal case was immediately opened on the grounds of a crime under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism")," the department's Telegram channel said.
It is specified that the identity of the attackers has been established, and in the near future the young people will be taken to the Moscow Investigative Committee unit for interrogation.
In January, it was reported that in St. Petersburg, three unknown men broke into the room of a teenager in a communal apartment, he was robbed, abducted and beaten.
