In the Urals, the head of the settlement, a deputy and his son were arrested for two months

The head of the Rymnik rural settlement of the Breda municipal district of the region, a deputy of the Assembly of Deputies of the Breda municipal district and his son are suspected of kidnapping and murder with extreme cruelty.

According to investigators, on the evening of February 23, the men were intoxicated and, acting by prior agreement, abducted a 46-year-old local resident, after which they killed her. It was clarified that they had previously had a conflict.

Earlier in the day, the press service of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee (SU IC) in the Chelyabinsk region reported the detention of the head of a rural settlement, a deputy and his son, suspected under paragraphs "a, b, d" of Part 2 126 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Kidnapping"), paragraphs "c, d, f" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code ("Murder").
