Russian army hit Ukraine's military airfield infrastructure

Servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces (AF) have hit the infrastructure of Ukrainian military airfields. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry on February 25.

"A strike was carried out with air-based precision weapons and unmanned aerial vehicles on the infrastructure of Ukraine's military airfields. The goals of the strike have been achieved," the report said.

Also by strikes of operational-tactical aviation, drones, missile troops and artillery hit the places of production of strike UAVs and points of temporary dislocation of Ukrainian fighters in 144 areas.

During the day, air defense assets destroyed 97 drones of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as well as five U.S. -made JDAM guided aerial bombs and 23 Czech Vapmire multiple rocket launchers.

The Russian Defense Ministry said on 21 February that the Russian Armed Forces carried out 11 group strikes during the week, hitting energy facilities that support the Ukrainian military-industrial complex. It was specified that the strikes were carried out with long-range air, land and sea-based precision weapons, as well as strike UAVs.
