The court seized the accounts and property of Alexey Blinovskiy

The Arbitration Court of Moscow has arrested the accounts and property of Alexei Blinovsky in the bankruptcy case of his wife, blogger Elena Blinovskaya. This is reported in the court filing.

Among other things under arrest were four land plots in the Republic of Adygea, 18 plots in the Kostroma region with residential and non-residential buildings, four plots in the Yaroslavl region.

In Moscow, the blogger's husband had an apartment on Serpukhovsky Val with four parking spaces, two apartments on Marc Chagall Embankment and two parking spaces arrested.

Also arrested were a snowmobile, two jet skis, an aeroboat "Phantom", two hunting rifles, UAZ Bukhanka, seven trailers and a motorcycle Harley-Davidson Fat Boy, shares in eight companies and 1.4 billion rubles in settlement accounts.

In addition, the court ruled to recover from Blinovski the state duty in the amount of Br30 thousand.

Elena Blinovsky was detained in April 2023. The blogger was declared bankrupt in November 2024, after which the court began the realization of her property.

"Queen of marathons" is accused of non-payment of taxes, legalization of money and illegal turnover of means of payment. In addition to imprisonment, the prosecutor asks to assign her a fine of 1.5 million rubles and prohibit her from engaging in commercial activities for 5 years.

According to the version of the investigation, the blogger independently dealt with financial issues of legal entities belonging to her, knew about the crimes and had intent. The defense, in turn, insists on the lack of direct intent in Blinovskaya and states that in some of the incriminated crimes she is guilty of her husband Alexei.
