The incident occurred in the shopping center on Michurina Street. In one of the stores, an unknown person put on a woman's sweatshirt and pants worth a total of Br1.6 thousand. The intruder ran away without paying for the goods. The guard tried to apprehend the thief by his own efforts, but failed.
Rosgvardiya officers arrived on the scene. The law enforcers drew up an alert on the suspect and began to search for him. The man was detained near the shopping center.
The kidnapper turned out to be a 33-year-old local resident, previously convicted several times. The detainee was taken to the police station for further investigation, writes IA KrasnoyarskMedia.
