Fraudsters disguised as Rosreestr employees have started sending fake links to pay state fees for registration and registration actions. The agency reported about it on February 25 on its website.

It is noted that by clicking on such a link a person can give fraudsters their personal data or infect their device with malicious programs.

"An employee of Rosreestr will never write to you via messenger and, moreover, send any payment links. The agency does not carry out any automatic mailings in social networks," - said Deputy head of the Moscow department of the agency Evgeny Dmitriev.

Earlier, February 24, it was reported that fraudsters in Moscow cheated a doctor of technical sciences for 9 million rubles. Attackers contacted the 88-year-old man several times under the guise of employees of Roskomnadzor, Rosfinmonitoring and FSB. They convinced the Muscovite to transfer funds to a certain "special account" allegedly for a declaration.
