The Ministry of Health reported about the growth of doctors' salaries

Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko said at a meeting of the CPRF faction in the State Duma that the average salary of doctors in the country has increased from 80 thousand in 2019 to 123 thousand in 2024.

It is specified that the wages of doctors have risen by 40 thousand rubles, and the average medical staff - by 20 thousand rubles.

The Minister of Health also noted that due to the increase in salaries there is already a transition of personnel from private hospitals to state medical institutions. Murashko set the task to introduce a new system of organization of medical care, so that the workload of medical staff would be adequate.
