TheUSA has taken a balanced position on the Ukrainian conflict, which actually contributes to its settlement. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on February 25.

"We see that the United States is taking a much more balanced position that actually helps efforts aimed at resolving the conflict over Ukraine. We certainly welcome this," Peskov said at a briefing.
