Peskov commented on the possibility of joint work with the US on fossil fuels

Before starting joint work with the USA on rare-earth metals, it is necessary to normalize the dialogue between Moscow and Washington and settle the Ukrainian crisis. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said at a briefing on February 25.

"In order to say that we trust the Americans, we need to go a serious way. We will have to work out measures to restore mutual trust. <...> A great deal has suffered over the past four years and a great deal has been destroyed," he said.
