The Kremlin says no bilateral agreements with the U.S. have been prepared

Russia and the United States have not yet started working out bilateral agreements on the outcome of the negotiation process. Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said this at a briefing on February 25.

"No, it has not come to that at the moment," he said when asked about working on bilateral treaties.
