FHL contractors were offered to automate their work

The Stroyim.dom.rf platform for business has launched a new service called "Deal", which will make it possible to manage projects and construction contracts online. The tool will help automate the internal business processes of the contracting organization in the construction of suburban real estate, said the press service of DOM.RF.
As noted Managing Director for IT and digital transformation DOM.RF Nikolai Kozak, the platform is designed to increase transparency and efficiency of the private homebuilding market.
"It systematically implements measures that simplify business for contractors and make it convenient for citizens to build a private home. Now a transaction management option has been implemented for builders, where contractors can work with applications from users on the portal from the moment of submission to the completion of all works and delivery of the object. There is no more need to search for information in different documents, you can track data on each contract in a "one-stop-shop" mode and enter the necessary information," he explained.
In the new section of the personal cabinet contractors can independently control information about the stages of the transaction, fix the conditions and track the progress of work. The next step of automation will be the conclusion of contractor agreements in the system with the use of digital signature. It will also be possible to configure estimates, record the completion of stages of construction of facilities, and build analytics on transactions.
The tool has been launched to fulfill the requirements of the federal law "On the construction of residential buildings under construction contracts using escrow accounts".
The super service "Stroim.dom.rf" combines services related to the construction of a private house. The main tool of the platform is a catalog of available projects of individual residential houses.
