Miroshnyk warned of possible provocations by Kiev

Provocations are possible on the part of Ukraine after the talks held between representatives of Russia and the USA in Riyadh. This was stated on February 25 by Rodion Miroshnik, Ambassador-at-large of the Russian Foreign Ministry on the crimes of the Kiev regime.
"Against the background of Kiev's apparent dissatisfaction with the negotiations of the Russian and US delegations in Riyadh, against the background of the fact that the Ukrainian side does not want to end the conflict, the shelling of civilians is intensifying," he said in a conversation with RIA Novosti.
Thus, according to him, the settlement of Gorlovka in the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR) is being attacked with a large number of cluster munitions and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The town of Shebekino in the Belgorod region is also under intensified shelling.
"In these territories, drones are used in huge numbers, targeted strikes on civilian transport and civilian objects," Miroshnik emphasized.
He specified that on average about 15 people suffer on the line of contact per day, every fifth of whom is killed.
"The Ukrainian side does not intend to comply with the norms and rules of engagement. We understand that there will be no limits to the criminal actions of the Kiev regime. There can be any provocation of a terrorist kind," the ambassador summarized.
Thefirst stage of negotiations between the Russian and American delegations took place on February 18 in Riyadh. After the meeting, the US State Department said that US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had agreed to appoint high-level negotiating teams to start work on the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict.
