There were explosions in the Ukrainian city of Sumy amid an air alert. This was reported on February 25 by the Ukrainian TV channel "Public".

"In Sumy heard the sounds of explosions," - stated in the message of the publication in the Telegram-channel.

According to the online map of the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation, an air alert has been declared in Vinnitsa, Zhytomyr, Kiev, Chernihiv, Sumy, Poltava and Kirovograd regions.

The Russian Defense Ministry did not comment on the information about the explosions.
