FSB officers detained a resident of Makeyevka for organizing the sale of drugs


Employees of the Russian Federal Security Service of the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR) detained a resident of Makeyevka who was involved in the organization of an illegal channel for the sale of narcotic substances. This was reported by the official representative of the FSS of Russia in the Republic Arina Klepanova on February 25.
During detention, the man was found narcotic drugs with a total mass of about 1.5 kg. It is specified that the defendant was engaged in packing and distribution of substances by stashing.
A criminal case under Article 30 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation for a crime and attempted crime") and Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal production, sale or transfer of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues") was initiated against the detainee. At present, operational and investigative measures are being carried out to identify other persons involved in the organization of an illegal drug distribution channel.
On February 10, police officers detained a woman in Novosibirsk while trying to sell more than 12 kg of heroin. According to the investigation, the 44-year-old defendant acted as part of a group of persons in prior collusion with an unidentified person. The Kirovsky district court of the city remanded the accused in custody for two months, the prosecutor's office is monitoring the progress and results of the investigation.
