Russian Armed Forces attack aircraft destroyed AFU firing points during the liberation of Nadezhdinka in the DNR

Assault units of the Center group of troops have destroyed firing points and command and observation posts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) during the liberation of the village of Nadezhdinka in the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR). Images of the combat work were published by the Russian Defense Ministry on February 25.

It is noted that the assault groups of the tank regiment of the "Center" group of troops during the offensive operations in the Red Army direction of the special military operation (SMO), acting as part of armored groups under cover of tank fire and using attack drones, destroyed firing points and command and observation posts of Ukrainian militants. Thus, taking advantage of the bad weather, the armored groups with a landing force entered the settlement. At the same time, other assault aircraft managed to outflank the enemy and knock him out of the fortified positions.

After the Russian fighters cleared houses and buildings from the remnants of the AFU garrison units. Having secured their new positions, the attackers planted the Russian flag in the liberated settlement, the agency said.
