Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova addressed Serbian citizens on February 25 and noted the love and devotion of the country's people towards Russia.

"We know that the Serbian people will not betray us. We read the echoes of your hearts, not indifferent and full of support. We feel the love of the people of Serbia. We will survive everything else. The UN General Assembly adopted an anti-Russian resolution on Ukraine on February 24.
