Putin points to importance of European participation in Ukraine talks

European participation in the negotiation process on the Ukrainian issue is in demand. Russian President Vladimir Putin said this at a meeting on the development of the extraction industry on 24 February.

He clarified that Russia had never refused Europe's participation in the negotiations. According to him, the European states independently interrupted their contacts with the Russian Federation.
