The most in-demand office specialists in Russia have been named

In the market of office professions in January 2025, business development managers have become one of the most in-demand specialists. This follows from the results of the research of analysts of the platform "Avito Work", which were reviewed by "Izvestia" on February 25. The number of vacancies for them has grown 2.7 times (+168%) over the year.

Applicants with experience from 1 year can be offered from 80 thousand to 150 thousand rubles per month, candidates with three to six years of experience - from 150 thousand to 250 thousand rubles.

"Today it is important for Russian companies not only to retain, but also to increase their client base, to develop new markets and to look for non-standard approaches to the growth of enterprises. That is why the demand for business development managers continues to grow actively," explained Kirill Pshenychnykh, director of the Office Occupations category of Avito Rabota.

The second line in terms of growth in the number of vacancies was taken by photographers - the demand for these specialists in January 2025 compared to the same period in 2024 increased 2.3 times (+134%). The average level of income amounted to 78 654 rubles per month. Analysts specified that the surge of interest in the profession can be associated with the active development of the digital industry, where high-quality visual content has become an indispensable tool for promotion.

Financial consultants round out the top three. The number of vacancies for them increased 2.3 times (+130%) over the year. These specialists help private clients and businesses to effectively manage finances, develop investment strategies and competently plan budgets. For novice candidates without experience, the average salary in the ads amounted to 42,012 rubles per month. At the same time, financial specialists with experience of 1 year companies offer a salary of about Br70-100 thousand, while candidates with experience of 3 to 6 years - from Br140 thousand per month.

Earlier, January 15, it was reported that every third Russian respondent (28%) planned to change jobs in 2025. This was stated in the results of the study of the Russian School of Management. Among the most frequent reasons for such a decision are low wages (47% of respondents said so), lack of opportunities for professional growth (45%), lack of career prospects (39%).
